Andrey Zarivny

Andrey Zarivny started his career at Hérès (formerly Brandi Partners) in 2013 and is
currently a Senior Associate in the Paris office of Hérès Avocats and a Tax and Asset
Management Counsel in the Moscow office of Hérès.

Andrey advises corporate and private clients on Russian, French and international tax
law matters, including tax planning of large cross-border asset transfer transactions,
business support and resolution of controlled foreign companies (CFC) law enforcement
issues, provides services for HNW and UHNW clients, represents clients in tax audits,
as well as in courts in disputes with tax authorities.

Andrey also has extensive experience in advising on sanctions and currency regulation
issues.
