Elena Podyacheva

Elena joined Hérès in 2021 and advises clients on all legal aspects of legal entities
operating in Russia, including incorporation, reorganisation and liquidation,
optimization of corporate governance, M&A transactions, legal support of foreign
investments in the Russian Federation, identification and analysis of risks in the
activities of new and existing companies.

Elena’s experience as a Lawyer in the international law firm CMS Bureau Francis
Lefebvre and as a Head of legal in the Russian subsidiary of a large French retailer
enables Elena to offer clients effective practical solutions, tailored to the specificities
of their business and the circumstances of the request.

Elena also supports clients on various issues of commercial law, including
preparation and analysis of commercial contracts, development of a strategy for
negotiations with a counterparty, conducting and supporting negotiations.

In addition, Elena specializes in corporate compliance management, including
conducting compliance audits, consulting, development and implementation of a
system of measures for personal data protection.
