Valentin Borodin’s practice focuses on a variety of real estate projects, including structuring and executing transactions of real estate assets and real estate litigation.

He advises clients on the acquisition, financing and leasing of various types of commercial property (including industrial facilities, offices, shopping centres and warehouses), asset-based lending, syndicated lending, project financing, acquisition of future real estate, restructuring of mortgage-backed loans, as well as provides consulting services on urban planning and zoning issues.

In addition, Valentin has extensive experience in participating in numerous real estate due diligence projects in Moscow and other regions of Russia.
