Alexander Porechny

Alexander Porechny joined Hérès in 2014. Since 2018 he holds a status of Attorney at the Moscow Bar Association.

Alexander accompanies clients in litigation, assisting them in assessing the risks of litigation, developing a strategy in litigation, and facilitating pre-trial settlement of disputes.

Alexander’s experience includes representation of the client’s interests in all instances of arbitration proceedings and proceedings in courts of general jurisdiction on disputes related to disputing the validity of transactions, debt collection, damages, corporate disputes, disputes in administrative proceedings and others.

Alexander is also engaged in supporting projects and transactions in the field of international trade and international investments, advises clients on contractual, commercial and corporate law matters.

Before joining Hérès, Alexandre advised major luxury and cosmetics manufacturers on trademark protection.

Since 2023, Alexandre is a partner in the Hérès office in Yerevan.
