Ekaterina Tarbokova

Ekaterina joined Hérès in 2019 and specializes in corporate and commercial law, participates in labour law and compliance projects, represents clients’ interests in commercial and labor disputes in courts.

Ekaterina provides full legal support to clients from developing corporate and HR documentation, analyzing and negotiating commercial agreements and implementing compliance measures and procedures to supporting negotiations with counterparties and representing clients in relations with various state authorities, including the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Tax Service, State Labor Inspectorate, etc.

Prior to joining Hérès, Ekaterina worked at a US oil and gas firm and at a leading law firm in the practice areas of dispute resolution and intellectual property.
