Maria provides overall support to Hérès clients on labour law and regulation of labour relations, conducts audits of businesses to ensure the employers’ activities compliance with Russian labour legislation, accompanies clients in undergoing inspections by the State Labour Inspectorate (SLI), advises clients on various legal aspects related to changes in their organizational structure, supports and advises on dismissal procedures to ensure that such procedures are in full compliance with applicable law, helps clients develop efficient HR solutions.

In addition, Maria has extensive experience in supporting labor disputes, helps clients to elaborate a strong legal position in court proceedings, represents clients’ interests in courts.
