Olga Pavlova

Olga has more than 13 years of experience in labor law, provides comprehensive support to clients on issues of labor law and regulation of labor relations, including consulting on optimization of staff structure, development of strategy, elaboration of roadmaps, plans for organizational and staffing measures (reduction of headcount or staffing, changes in employment contracts, idle time, etc.), drafting employment contracts, local regulations and policies.

Olga specializes in supporting the dismissal procedures of personnel, including top managers, starting from elaborating plans and preparing the necessary documents, to participating in negotiations on dismissal and, if necessary, supporting the dispute in court.

Olga also has extensive experience in advising and participating in negotiations with employee representative bodies, interacting with regulatory authorities during labor law compliance inspections. In addition, Olga has experience of working as an in-house lawyer at a large manufacturing enterprise and an international financial organization.
