Global law firm Hérès opens its new office in Yerevan, Armenia

On May 16, 2023, Hérès founder Charles-Henri Roy signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with David Asatryan and Mihran Aghababyan, the founders of the Armenian law firm WISE.

The partners of Hérès Paris office present at the ceremony, Albert Janet, Anna Uvarova and Xavier Poulet-Mathis acknowledged the high economic potential of the region and the significant development opportunities for the firm.

According to them, “The opening of the office in Yerevan marks the wish of our firm to diversify the client portfolio geographically, as well as to actively contribute to the strengthening of economic relations between France and Armenia”.

The main focus of Hérès’ activities in Armenia will be to assist clients in their investment projects in various fields in which Hérès has already accumulated considerable experience and expertise, including energy, textile industry, agriculture, infrastructure and technology.

Thanks to the support of WISE colleagues and their high level of expertise, Hérès expects a rapid growth in activity and expansion of the new office in Yerevan.
