Irena joined Hérès in 2019 and advises clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial and intellectual property law issues.

Irena provides complex legal support both to Russian and foreign companies in various business industries (retail, FMCG, cosmetics and perfumery, franchise chains, industrial equipment, and others) from their incorporation in Russia, structuring and drafting corporate, contractual and HR documentation to audit of various internal processes, risk analysis of documents and procedures used by the clients and implementation of elaborated practical solutions.

In the field of intellectual property rights Irena provides legal support to the clients on various issues of use, management and protection of brands and intangible assets, marketing and advertising activities, registration of intellectual property rights in cooperation with patent attorneys and external experts, drafts and analyses distribution, franchise, licensing, marketing and advertising agreements. focuses on issues of trademarks use and brand protection, as well as provides legal advice on corporate procedures and business structuring.

Irena also participates in compliance projects, including elaboration of codes of conduct, policies and corporate compliance trainings.
